We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3 working days of receipt of your order, although this time frame is an estimate only. If we are not able to supply the product or there is likely to be a delay [e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a remote location], we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible , giving you the option of cancelling the order and receiving a refund.
